Information you choose to share
When you contact ITCertPath by phone or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, contact details, target certification, exam date or practice result. We use that information to respond to your request and provide relevant guidance.
When you request a brochure or course updates through a website form, we store the information shown in that form, your contact preference, consent time, the page or campaign that led to your request and a protected hash derived from your network address for abuse prevention. We do not store the raw network address in the marketing-lead record.
In the candidate-account development test, an account stores the name and email address you enter, a protected password hash, optional profile details and your separate communication preferences. Learning-page visits and recognised certification interests are stored only after you turn on activity personalisation. You can turn it off to delete that activity, export your account data or delete the account.
Course updates and marketing
When you provide consent, ITCertPath may contact you about the certification you selected, relevant batches and closely related training services. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time. We do not sell your contact information.
Mock-exam information
Free sample-test answers and scores are designed to remain in the active browser session. The current website does not require an account or store those answers in an ITCertPath customer database.
Technical information
Hosting and security providers may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time to deliver and protect the website.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, social-sharing platforms and external certification-provider websites operate under their own privacy terms when you choose to visit them.
Your choices
You may withdraw marketing consent or ask us to correct or remove contact information you previously shared. Call or WhatsApp +91 9666099395 to make a request. We retain enquiry information only while it is useful for responding, follow-up and reasonable business records, unless a longer period is required by law.
